Dictations From The Spirit

Father, I’m on my knees
Before Your throne
A temporary visit
To my future home

I’m empty and weak
At the lowest of low
Nothing to cling to
No signs of hope

So amidst all this pain
I reach out for Your hand
By searching Your holy Word
And finding the Son of Man

You breathe life into me
And the fear falls away
With each step I climb
On the ladder of faith

I’ll stand strong and fight
On the wings of Your grace
With each step I climb
On the ladder of faith

So I’ll keep going
One step at a time
The victories before me
And the failures behind

One day I’ll arrive
At the highest wrung
Coming face-to-face
To Your beautiful Son

And I’ll give Him thanks
For delivering me
He was my hope for
And substance not seen.

You breathe life into me
And the fear falls away
With each step I climb
On the ladder of faith

I’ll stand strong and fight
On the wings of Your grace
With each step I climb
On the ladder of faith

I see the Light, I see the hope.
Darkness gives way, to His glory’s glow.
Despair and fear has no place.
In the presence of His holy grace.

Oh Kingdom saints, rise and sing.
Hallelujah to the King!
Shout for joy at His victory!
His sacrifice has set us free!

When the storms come crashing down,
He is the Rock that is our ground.
There is no pain that won’t be healed
When God’s glory is revealed.

Oh Kingdom saints, rise and sing.
Hallelujah to the King!
Shout for joy at His victory!
His sacrifice has set us free!

Don’t listen to Satan’s lies.
The truth of God won’t be denied.
His Word is power; His Word is Light.
Death has lost, for He’s alive!

Oh Kingdom saints, rise and sing.
Hallelujah to the King!
Shout for joy at His victory!
His sacrifice has set us free!

Jesus is with you right now.
He knows the pain that’s pulling you down.
To the heart that will believe
His presence you’ll receive.
Jesus is with you right now.

He’ll be whatever you need.
He’ll break the chains of the lies and deceits.
By being the Truth
He comes along side of you,
And He’ll be exactly what you need,

Oh come one and all
And hear the Lord’s call.
Jesus loves you and wants to set you free.
No one has gone too far
Beyond His redeeming arms.
Jesus loves you and wants to set you free.

He is your true source of hope.
When you are at the end of your rope.
To your dark He is the Light.
Your battles He will fight.
The Lord is your true source of hope.

Jesus is your best friend.
Every hurt you have He will mend.
By His stripes you’re healed.
The Spirit will reveal
Jesus is your best friend.

Oh come one and all
And hear the Lord’s call.
Jesus loves you and wants to set you free.
No one has gone too far
Beyond His redeeming arms.
Jesus loves you and wants to set you free.

You don’t have to be in despair
The One Who made you truly cares.
He went to the Cross
For the hopeless and the lost,
So you don’t have to be in despair.

Jesus gives you new life.
He’ll dry all the tears you’ve cried.
If you will call on His name
You will be saved.
Jesus gives you new life.

Oh come one and all
And hear the Lord’s call.
Jesus loves you and wants to set you free.
No one has gone too far
Beyond His redeeming arms.
Jesus loves you and wants to set you free.

A heart meant to be loved but is denied
And one that is ravaged by deceits and lies
Is seen by Your compassionate eyes
And can be restored by the love of Christ.

Beauty from ashes is in Your mind
And recovering the lost is Your design
For when we turn to You we find
A God Who chose to be crucified

Oh praise the Lord Who defeated death!
And brings new life with His sweet breath!
For He arose on that third day
And lives for us to make a way.

Whatever doubt and fear you hold
And the burden of sin that leaves you cold
God’s perfect love can make you whole
And a new life’s story can be told.

To the one who chooses to believe
And by His grace that’s all we need.
The precious blood that was shed by Thee
Forgives our sin and sets us free!

Oh praise the Lord Who defeated death!
And brings new life with His sweet breath!
Give glory to the Ancient of Days.
Who has earned and deserves all our praise!
